We are very excited to announce Palette has joined up with West Sacramento's incredible family-owned flower farmers, urban farmers and family orchards to bring our community closer together through art and nature!  What better way to bring old and new friends together, support locally owned businesses and honor the bounty of the Sacramento Valley than painting 'en plein air' (thats fancy for outdoors)?      

         Wholehearted Blooms founder and flower and herb farmer, Julie Sutphin, has operated her urban farm in the heart of West Sacramento (next to Fire Station 45) for the past two years. Julie has a passion for sustainable farming and love of offering local grown blooms for people's special events and moments. She sells her gorgeous blooms every Saturday from 8am-12pm at the farm Stand. We can't wait to join up with Julie to learn more about the Center for Land Based Learning, sustainable farming practices and how to create spectacular flower arrangements! We will then have our locally inspired brunch snacks and relax in the shade while enjoying a guided painting class. No painting experience necessary!
