ABOUT

Welcome to our Adult Art Class Page! These classes are near and dear to our hearts because of the benefits and value they add to YOUR lives. Did you know the creative process is not just looking at something pretty? Actively doing something creative is exponentially better for your health. Studies show the meditative process of painting drastically improves mental health, enhances problem solving skills, promotes self-esteem and self-expression and engages you with your community. Our goal is to relieve you from your daily (stressful) routine of restrictions, boundaries or rules and find your own story, emotion and expression. As long as it speaks to YOU, gets your feelings going and your mind growing, then that is truly meaningful art.

This is your Testimonial quote. Give your customers the stage to tell the world how great you are!

FAQ

HOW LONG DO CLASSES RUN?

Classes run between 2.5 hours and 4 hours depending on painting.

HOW MUCH DO ADULT CLASSES USUALLY COST?

Because we are a mobile art studio prices vary per venue, however, generally costs range between $35 to $50. The painting, venue fees and add-ons like beer, wine or appetizers all play a role in the final price per person.

CAN I PICK MY OWN PAINTING?

Generally, yes! My public events have predetermined art pieces but if you'd like to book a private event in a home or at a public venue we are more than happy to work with you on creating a painting perfect for your paint party.

WHAT DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE?

Each ticket includes a reserved seat, all painting materials, a take-home canvas, personalized instruction from an experienced local artist and often (not always) a beverage of your choice :). *Palette does not offer tables and chairs for private in-home events.

CAN KIDS COME TO THE ADULT CLASSES?

Yes and No. Obviously if the venue is 21 and over then it would be no, however, many breweries and wineries allow children. My answer would be yes but please make sure the maturity level of your child matched the class vibe. A 14 year old who can keep up with the class is much different than an active 7 year old. Keep in mind the relaxing atmosphere of the class and use your own discretion.
